  Clinara is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform providing digital health solutions to clinics. You may use our Services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. Any misuse or unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.

• 2. User Accounts

  To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• 3. Intellectual Property

  All content, trademarks, software, and designs on the Site are owned by or licensed to Clinara. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any part of our IP without prior written consent.

• 4. Subscription & Payment Terms

  Pricing and payment terms will be detailed in any subscription agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Clinara reserves the right to modify its pricing at any time, with reasonable notice.

• 5. Data Responsibility

  Clinics remain the data controller of any patient or user information they input into Clinara. Clinara acts as a data processor and will handle data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and relevant privacy regulations (including GDPR and HIPAA).

• 6. Disclaimer of Warranties

  The Services are provided “as is.” Clinara makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform’s performance, availability, or accuracy. We disclaim all liability for losses due to system outages or data inaccuracies.

• 7. Limitation of Liability

  To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clinara will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Services, including data loss, service interruption, or business disruption.

• 8. Termination

  We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, particularly in the event of a breach of these Terms.

  These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
